MPP Self Evaluation and Performance Evaluation Form Overview

Accessing

Step 1:

Log in to the campus portal and access the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Portal.

Step 1:

Click on the My Forms tab

My Forms button

Step 2:

Search using the search field

search My Forms

Type MPP to find:

  • MPP Employee Self Evaluation  OR
  • MPP Performance Evaluation

Step 3:

Click on Paper Airplane icon under the Action column for the appropriate selection:

  • MPP Employee Self Evaluation  OR
  • MPP Performance Evaluation

Accessing Saved Documents

Step 1:

Log in to the campus portal and access the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Portal.

Step 2:

Click the My Drafts Tab

My Drafts button

Step 3:

Click on the Eye icon to Open the document

Step 4:

Click on the Plus icon to start a new form using this form data

Step 5:

Click on the Trash Can icon to delete the document

Accessing AEM Inbox items

Step 1:

Log in to the campus portal and access the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Workflow Inbox.

Step 2:

Click on My Tasks tab

My Tasks button

Step 3:

Click on the checkbox of the document you would like to open

select document

Step 4:

Click the Open button

Open form
