How to Filter a Compliance Audit Report

The guide below shows a recommend method for sorting your Compliance Audit report as well as tips and reminders.

Step 1:

Open your report in Excel

Step 2:

Click on the Filter caret

Select Filter

The filters will apply to your spreadsheet

Step 3:

Click on the filter drop-down caret

Step 4:

Deselect the next two years

We are only concerned with people who have or will expire by Dec.31 of the current year

Step 5:

Click on the Ascending button

This will list your results by Due date

Arrow pointing to Sort Oldest to Newest button

People who are Overdue will be listed at the top of the list, and people who have not expired yet will be at the bottom of the list.

Tips / Reminders

#1 Report Notes

  • List the date and time the report was ran
  • List the reminder that it can take up to 24 hours for a completed training to show on the report

#2 Status

Be sure to look at trainings by Requirement Status AND Due Date

Not all assignments will show as 'Expired'. They will not show as expired until after the Due Date

#3 Department / Division listings

At this time, division distinction is only available in the Monday Reports
