Course Status
This guide provides definitions of the various Status within the Employee Training Center
Assigned
Assignment is defined as a user who has been assigned the training but has not passed their due date.
Note: Users who are directed to or provided a link to an activity are not considered “assigned.”
Overdue
Overdue is defined as someone who has been assigned an activity and has not completed the activity by the designated due date (on the first attempt).
Expired
Expired is defined as someone who has been assigned an activity and has not completed the activity by its designated due date (after the first attempt or on any subsequent attempts based upon the
certification settings)
Satisfied
Satisfied is defined as a user who has completed their initial assignment or any subsequent attempts. This is equivalent to a 'completed' status
