What Can Faculty Do With Titan Mobile?
This article covers the functions that are currently available for faculty in Titan Mobile.
A table at the top will list all of the available functions and below are screenshots showing the functionality.
Please note that the screenshots in this guide were taken on an iPhone 6 screen. Titan Mobile is responsive, so it will display differently depending on the size of your screen.

My Schedule is equivalent to the Faculty Center main page; you can access most of the Faculty Center functionality from this screen.
Class Roster
On smaller screens, the class roster table will only show the first column. Click on the right arrow to view additional columns of information on the students including CWID and major.
Notify Students
When sending a notification to your students, be sure to scroll down to enter the subject and message for the email.
Grade Roster
You can enter grades for students using Titan Mobile.
- Tap the Roster Grade drop-down menu to choose a grade for each student.
- Be sure to scroll down to the very bottom of the screen and tap Save to save your changes!
Class Permissions
Scroll down to view the students who have been given permission to enroll and whether they have completed registration.

View Weekly Teaching Schedule
- The schedule will default to the first day of classes for the selected semester (often a Saturday); you will most likely need to choose the following week to see any information.
- Use the arrows to move forward and back through the week.
- You can use the Next Week and Previous Week buttons to change which week you are viewing. Or scroll down to the bottom of the screen to enter a specific week and the time range you want to view.

- The schedule will default to the final exam week for the selected semester.

Advisor Center functionality is only available to tenure-track faculty.
Tap View data for other students.
Enter search criteria for a student and then tap Search.
You can now tap on a section to view information about the student.
Some sections will have a simple pop-up with the information. Tap the x at the top right of the box to close it.
Other sections will have a list of options from you to choose from.
On some screens, there will be a Menu drop-down that allows you to navigate the student information.
When you tap on TDA, a new window opens with the mobile version of the Titan Degree Audit application.
