User not authorized

Is the issue systemwide or user-specific?

If the login issue can be replicated by any user, it is systemwide. Otherwise, the issue is user-specific.

Inform the security team that users are not able to log into Curriculog so they can troubleshoot the nightly security sync and check for errors.

Does the user have an account in Curriculog?

Check the 'Accounts' tab in Curriculog when in Administrator mode.

Is it active?

Does the user have a security role enabled?

Found in the PT_SEC_USER_ROLES query in PeopleSoft

The user will have to fill out an IT Access Request Form (Campus Solutions) in My Workplace to request access.

Titan Online > My Workplace > IT Access Request Form > Campus Solutions Access Request Form

Check the user's roles by CWID in the PT_SEC_USER_ROLES query

In PeopleSoft, go to Report Tools > Query Viewer and search for the query.

If the user should have access to Curriculog, check the 'Active' box.

The user will have to fill out an IT Access Request Form (Campus Solutions) in My Workplace to request access.
