Add New Member(s)

Adding a member to the Dropbox Group gives them access to all content in the Dropbox Team Folder, with the exception of any subfolders that are only shared with specific users.

1. To add a new member, click Add members.

2. Start typing the name or email address of the user you want to add. Make a selection from the search results.

If you get an error when entering a user's CSUF email address, that means the user does not have a CSUF Dropbox account. They will need to request an account by going to the CSUF Dropbox for Business webpage.

Removing a member from the Team Folder removes all of their access to content in the Team Folder; the user will not be able to save a copy to their Dropbox as they would when removed from a regular Shared Folder.

1. Click on the settings gear icon next to an existing member of the group.
