The My Current Students page allows you to view data of your current students, including TitanNet information and Canvas (LMS) data such as Missing Assignments, Grades, Units Attempting, Student Engagement and more.

Under the My Current Student tab, you will have the option of specifying notifications and frequency

Step 1:

Click on the My Notifications link

Step 2:

Click on the Choose a Report Notification drop-down caret

Select the appropriate option you would like

Step 3:

The page will refresh according to your selection

Click on the toggle switches to set your preferences

Step 4:

Click the Apply button when you are done

Step 1:

Click on the carets for the various drop-downs 

Make your selections as appropriate

Step 2:

Click the Apply button

To clear your selection, click the Reset button 

Section A:

The first row will show your Total Headcount, Total FTEs and Average Cumulative GPA

Section B:

The next row shows your Total Headcount, Total FTEs and Average Cumulative GPA in graph form

Section C:

Scrolling down the page, you will see a spreadsheet of student information for the term selected

You can scroll to the right to see additional student information 

To print or export this information

• Scroll to the bottom of the page
• Click the Print link OR
• Click the Export link
