For successful completion of online training, it is recommended to: 

1. Use the Firefox or Chrome browser
2. Clear your Cache and Cookies
3. Leave your training windows open during training

Step 1:

Login to the Titan Training Hub (TTH) (formerly the Employee Training Center ETC)

Step 2:

Click on your Assigned Learning Tile

Step 3:

Click the Register button for the Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP) course

The page will refresh to show the two modules.

Click the Start button for the module you would like to take

Step 1:

Click on the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan course link

Step 2:

Click the Register button for the Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP) course

Step 3:

Click the Start button for the module you would like to take

Tip 1:

Make sure you complete the Course Content and Course Test slides

Tip 2:

Once you have completed all sections, the Course will show a Course Completed status in the upper right-hand corner

Close that window, back on the ETC, you will see that course has updated to Attended. 

Tip 3:

To take the next module, click the Start button for Module 2

Tip 4:

Be sure to click on the Next button to complete the training

Tip 5:

All sections should have a check mark by them

Tip 6:

Click the Exit button (upper right-hand corner) to exit the course

Both modules should show as Attended for the course to update to Complete
