How To Grant Administrative Access

Administrative access to the Employee Training Center is only granted under the following conditions:

1) Employee Training Center (ETC) Administrative Access Training has been completed

2) User requesting to gain ETC admin access has appropriate business needs

Step 1:

Click on the Magnifier Glass icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

The screen will refresh to the search page. 

Click on the Learning dropdown button on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 3:

Select People.

Step 4:

Type the employee's name in the Search field.

Search results will populate the page.

Click on the Preview dropdown button.

Step 7:

Select Admin Profile.

Step 8:

On the left-hand side of the page, Click Personal.

Step 9:

Select User Account and Personal Details.

Step 10:

The screen will refresh to the Admin Profile page which shows:

  •  The User Security Role 
  • 'Can view domain users' status

Click on the User Security Role dropdown menu.

Step 11:

Select CSU - Campus Administrator (Global).

Step 12:

Check the Can view domain users box.

Step 13:

On the bottom right-hand corner of the page, click the Save button.
