Checking Travel Request Status Approval Status (New UI)
These instructions cover how to check the status of a travel request in the approval workflow after you have submitted it for approval.

Accessing Requests Status
Step 1: Log into Concur using the CSUF Portal. You will see your Concur dashboard and you can click on Authorization Requests.
Step 2: In the Requests tab, you will see requests that are color coded with a different a different status.
- Red Tile means the travel request was sent back to the employee by the employee's approver.
- Blue Tile means the travel request has not been submitted and is being worked on.
- Green Tile means the travel request has been submitted for approval or is going through the approval process.
Step 3: If you do not see your travel request, click on the View drop-down to find the travel request that you want to check the status of.
We recommend that you select Approved.
Step 4: Once your page updates, look for the travel request to see where it is at in the approval workflow.
Look under the Status column to locate the approval status of the travel requests.
Accessing Requests Pending Approval
Step 5: Go to View and select Pending Approval to check on the status of a travel request that is pending approval.
Step 6: Select the travel request that is pending approval.
Step 7: To see where the travel request is at in the approval workflow, click on the Request Details and select Request Timeline.
Step 8: The Request Timeline window will display and you can go to the Approval Flow section to check on the status.
Step 9: The gray dial shows where the travel request is at in the approval workflow.
Step 10: Depending on who else has to approve the travel request, you can follow-up with the appropriate approvers to advance the process.
