Getting Started with Dropbox for Business (Start Here!)
Dropbox is a file hosting service that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software. This article covers how faculty and staff can create a Dropbox for Business account and/or convert their existing Dropbox account to Dropbox for Business.
Do You Have an Existing Dropbox Account?
If you have an existing Dropbox account, follow the appropriate instructions below to convert your account to a Dropbox for Business account.

- Have a Dropbox that is tied to an @fullerton.edu (e.g. [email protected]) address? View the article on how to convert your @Fullerton Dropbox account.
- Have a Dropbox that is tied to an @exchange.fullerton.edu (e.g. [email protected]) address? Change your account email address and then view the article on how to convert your @Fullerton Dropbox account.
Are You New to Dropbox?
If you do not have a Dropbox account (or don't wish to convert your existing account), view the article on creating a new individual Dropbox account.
