Online Training Development - Providing Feedback

This guide will walk you through how to provide feedback (comments) for an online training that is being developed. Please note that each draft review has its own focus as noted below:

Draft 1: All notes are welcome, though the focus is on: 

  • Overall structure / 'flow'
  • Content accuracy
  • Any 'missing' information
  • Any content that should be removed
  • Details: any spelling, typos, viewing, display issues, etc.

Draft 2: All feedback is welcome, however the focus is on:

  • Minor changes
  • Details: any spelling, typos, etc.
  • Any major changes may be pushed back to a Phase 2 (after this training is posted)

Updates: After your training has been posted, and are making general updates:

  • Make sure to provide all information that should be update, such as dates, names, links


Step 1:

Click on the link provided

 The page will open to show the training

The Comments section is located in the right hand side of the screen

Step 2:

Click in the Comments field

Step 3:

 Follow the prompt and enter your email address

Step 4:

Click the Next button after you have entered your email address

The screen will refresh and the circle icon will update with your initials to show you are 'logged in'

Step 5:

Click in the Comments field when you would like to make a comment / provide feedback

Step 6:

Type your comment

Step 7: (Optional)

Click the Emoji icon

Select an emoji to add in your comments

Step 8: (Optional)

Click on the 'paper clip' attachment icon to attach any documents

Step 9:

When you are ready to post, click the Post button

Your comment will populate below the Comments field
