How to Attach a Document to a Learning Activity
This guide will show you how to add an attachment to a Learning Activity.
Attachments can be either a document (Word, Excel, PDF) or a URL
Step 1:
From the Learning Activity, make sure you are in Stage mode
Click on the Optional button
Step 2:
Under Resources, click the Attachments link
Step 3:
Click on the Add button
Step 4:
Click on the New button
Step 5:
Enter the Name and Description of the attachment

Step 6:
Select the type of attachment you want to add (URL or File)

Step 7:
Click on the Upload button

Step 8:
The upload status will show at 100% when it is done

Click the Done button

Step 9:
The window will refresh to show the document in the catalog
Select the document to add it to the Learning Activity
Step 10:
Click the Add button
The page will refresh and show the document under the Reference Materials section
The attachment will be visible to the user under the Reference Materials section
