Division Report Plus
This guide will walk you through the features and views of the 'Division Report Plus', which will be available in the designated Dropbox on a monthly basis.
Set Up
The Division Report Plus has three tabs:
- Chart (Graph)
- Pivot Table
- Division Report (Spreadsheet)
Please keep in mind that the percentages/numbers will fluctuate from month to month as people complete their training and new people become Expired or Overdue.
By default, the Chart tab will show both Compliance courses and Role specific courses. You can change the view to show either Compliance Courses or Role Specific courses (see Change the Chart Courses View instructions)

Categories
The graph provides the following percentages for each course: Completed, Needs Attention, and Pending.

Category | Status |
---|---|
Completed | Completed |
Needs Attention | Overdue or Expired |
Pending | Assigned (and not due yet), In Progress |
Change the Chart Course(s) View
Step 1:
Go to the Pivot Table tab

Step 2:
Click on the Compliance filter

Step 3:
Select the type of course(s) you want to see in the Chart (graph)

Step 4:
Go back to the Chart (graph) page to see the selected courses

You can view the graphical representation on Tab 1: 1. Chart (Graph) Tab, or you can view the information on Tab 2: Pivot Table

The chart provides percentages for each course by the Completed, Needs Attention, and Pending categories.
The spreadsheet contains the supporting data that forms the basis of the Chart and Pivot Table tab information. You can filter this data to identify and follow up with the individuals in question.
Additional information that is included in this report includes:
- Department Name
- Division
- College
- Job Code
- Job Title
- Union Code
- Employee Status
- Expected Return Date
Employee Status and Expected Return Date

Employee Status:
- This column notes if the individual is on leave, in which case you may not want to reach out to them to encourage completion
- Active will show for employees who are not on leave
Expected Return Date:
- If an employee is on leave, a date will be noted
- The date noted is an estimation and not guaranteed
Reminder: This is an advanced report that requires manual data incorporation. If you would like to check on a status in between reports, you can:
1- Look up the individual in question in the Titan Training Hub
2-Run a standard division report
