New Login Steps for Microsoft Accounts
This article covers the updated steps to log in to a CSUF Microsoft account or an app that uses the CSUF Microsoft login process.
1. Enter your campus email address when prompted to sign in to Microsoft. Then click Next.
- Enter your campus email address when prompted to sign in to Microsoft. Faculty/staff should enter their @fullerton.edu email address. Students should enter their @csu.fullerton.edu email address.
- Then click Next.
2. Enter your campus password. Then click Sign In.
- Enter your campus password. This is the same password you use to log in to the campus portal.
- Then click Sign In.
3. You may see a screen indicating you will be redirected to Duo EAM. Click Continue.
4. You may be prompted to authenticate with Duo. Complete the authentication.
Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.
5. If prompted, choose if you want Duo to remember this device.
6. If prompted, choose if you want Microsoft to keep you signed in on this device/browser.
7. You're done! You should be taken to the app that you were signing into.
