Logging into Your Wrike Account

This article covers how authorized users can log in to their CSUF Wrike account for the first time to activate it.

First Time Account Setup

1. You will receive an email with the subject "Invitation to Wrike." Click on the Accept Invite button in the email.

2. Enter your campus email address. Then click Next.

3. Enter your campus password. Then click Sign in.

  2. Then click Sign in.

4. Click Continue when prompted to verify with Duo EAM

5. You will be prompted to authenticate with Duo.

Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.

6. Choose Remember or Forget, depending on whether you want to stay logged into Wrike.

7. Select No, I'm not planning to set up Wrike for my team. Then click Next.

These options don't impact your access in Wrike. But if you would prefer, you can choose whatever answers you would like to these questions.

8. Select No I don't help manage work for others. Then click Next.

9. Select No I'm not thinking about inviting my team to Wrike. Then click Next.

10. Choose the public spaces you want to add to your Wrike account in addition to the IT Space. Then click Next.

The Communications space is highly recommended for IT Managers as you will be able to see when upcoming communications to the campus are scheduled.

11. You're now logged in to your Wrike account.

Logging into Wrike

1. Open a web browser to the Wrike website.

3. Enter your campus email address. Then click Next.

4. Enter your campus email address again. Then click Next.

5. Enter your campus password. Then click Sign in.

6. Click Continue when prompted to verify with Duo EAM
