A CepID is the Learning Management System unique ID. This is different from the CSUF Campus Wide Identification Number (CWID).

The instructions below will guide you to finding the CepID for an individual.

Step 1:

Log in to the ETC to begin at the dashboard

Step 2:

Click on the Learning caret

Step 3: 

Click the People button

Step 4:

Enter the employee name in the Search field and click the Magnifying glass icon to begin a search

The screen will refresh to show your results

Step 5:

Click on the More Actions ellipsis

Step 6:

Click on the Admin Profile button

Arrive at the Employee Overview screen

Step 7:

Click the Personal button

Step 8:

Click on the User Account and Personal Details button

Step 9:

The CepId is listed under the Login Name field
