How to view Messages Sent to a User
The instructions will guide you to see what notifications (messages) have been sent to a user.
Notifications will only show for the last 90 days.
Step 1:
Log in to the ETC to begin at the dashboard
Step 2:
Click on the Learning caret
Step 3:
Click the People button

Step 4:
Enter the employee name in the Search field and click the Magnifying glass icon to begin a search
Step 5:
Click on the More Action ellipses
Step 6:
Select Admin Profile
Step 7:
Click on Learning
Step 8:
Click on the Messages link
The page will refresh to show any notifications sent within the last 90 days
Step 9: (Optional)
Click on the Excel icon to export it to Excel
