Making Additional Payments
View information on how to pay device and library fees, replacement TitanCard fee, Nursing Badge fee, Windows 10 Education upgrade fee, or CopyCard fee.
A 2.65% non-refundable credit card processing fee will be charged per transaction.
Which payment do you need to make?
There is a $10 fee for a replacement TitanCard. Once the payment is completed, please visit the TitanCard Office to pick up your replacement TitanCard.
Before ordering a replacement TitanCard, please contact the TitanCard Office to make sure that your lost TitanCard has not been turned in.
1. Open the TitanCard website and click the Additional Payments tile.
- Open the TitanCard website.
- Click the Additional Payments tile.
3. Enter your campus username and password. Then, click Login.
- Enter your campus username.
- Enter the password associated with your campus portal/email account.
- Click Login.
4. You'll be prompted to authenticate with Duo.
Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.
5. Enter your card details such as card number, expiration date, security code, and zip/postal code. Then, place a check next to the statement acknowledging that you accept the terms and conditions of the user agreement. Click Continue to submit your payment.
- Enter your debit/credit card number.
- Enter your card's expiration date.
- Enter your card's security code (the three-digit number on the back of your card).
- Enter the zip/postal code associated with your card.
- Read the terms of conditions and place a check in the checkbox to accept the user agreement.
- Click Continue.
This is how students who are required to purchase a nursing badge for their clinicals will pay the $5 nursing badge fee. Once the payment is completed, please visit the TitanCard Office to pick up your badge.
Before purchasing the badge, please make sure you are on the the TitanCard Office's nursing badge list.

This is where payments can be made for the Student Genius Center (SGC) or Center for Equitable Digital Access (CEDA) Device Late Return Fee if a loaner device is returned past the deadline.
Before making a payment, please confirm the payment amount with the SGC or CEDA.

You should have received an email from SGC or CEDA with the amount of your late return fee. If you did not receive an email or need more information, please visit or contact the SGC or CEDA to confirm the amount.
- Enter the device late return fee amount that you need to pay.
- Click Continue to Payment.
6. Enter your card details such as card number, expiration date, security code, and zip/postal code. Then, place a check next to the statement acknowledging that you accept the terms and conditions of the user agreement. Click Continue to submit your payment.
- Enter your debit/credit card number.
- Enter your card's expiration date.
- Enter your card's security code (the three-digit number on the back of your card).
- Enter the zip/postal code associated with your card.
- Read the terms of conditions and place a check in the checkbox to accept the user agreement.
- Click Continue.

6. Enter your card details such as card number, expiration date, security code, and zip/postal code. Then, place a check next to the statement acknowledging that you accept the terms and conditions of the user agreement. Click Continue to submit your payment.

This is where payments can be made for Library Book Replacement Fee if a book has not been returned or is lost or damaged.
Before making a payment, please confirm the payment amount with the Circulation Desk.

This is how faculty/staff who requested the Windows 10 Education software upgrade can pay the associated $20 fee. Once the payment is completed, TitanCard staff will send you the software information.
Before making this payment, make sure you have already submitted the Windows 10 Education Software Request Form.

CopyCards are for community members who do not have a TitanCard and need a payment method for Digital Print Services print jobs and copies. There is an associated $1 fee for the CopyCard. Once the payment is completed, please visit the TitanCard Office to pick up your CopyCard.
