Adding the Atrium Campus Connect App to Your Digital Wallet
This article covers how to add the Atrium Campus Connect mobile app to your digital wallets on Apple or Android mobile devices.
1. Download and log into the Atrium Campus Connect App on your Apple mobile device.
Follow the instructions in the Downloading and Accessing the Atrium Campus Connect App guide.
This feature will allow faster login when opening the Atrium app, using FaceID or TouchID, instead of entering your CSUF campus credentials.
2.1. On the dashboard homepage, tap Settings.
2.2. On the Settings screen, tap Biometrics.
2.3. Tap the toggle to enable Biometrics.
2.4. Tap Allow to give permission to the Atrium app to use biometric features on your mobile device (i.e. FaceID).
2.5. Your device will activate FaceID/Touch ID to complete the app's biometric registration. A notification will appear once the process is complete.
- Check that the toggle is turned on for the Biometrics Enabled option.
- Tap OK to confirm that the biometric registration is complete.
3. On the homepage dashboard, tap Settings.
4. On the Settings screen, tap Credentials.
5. On the Credentials screen, select Add to Apple Wallet for your device.
6. If you also have an Apple Watch, the app may ask you to confirm if you want to add the app to the Apple Wallet on the iPhone or Apple Watch. Tap on the device's name to select it.
7. Your full name will be listed. Tap Continue to proceed.

8. An Adding Card loading screen will appear. Stay on this page.
9. Tap Done on the CSUF notification about using cards in the digital wallet.
10. On the Credentials screen, you will see that the selected device now has an Active status.
Repeat the steps above if you want to add the Atrium app to your Apple Watch digital wallet.

Follow the instructions in the Downloading and Accessing the Atrium Campus Connect App guide.
2. On the homepage dashboard, tap Credentials.
3. On the Credentials page, tap Create Mobile Credentials.
4. A loading screen will appear. Stay on this page.
5. The Mobile Credential toggle will turn to Active indicating successful addition of the app to the digital wallet.
