Downloading and Accessing the Atrium Campus Connect App

This article covers how to download and sign into the Atrium Campus Connect mobile app with your CSUF account.

1. In the App Store, search and install the Atrium Campus Connect app.

  1. Search "Atrium Campus Connect" in the App Store
  2. Click Get to download and install the app

2. Open the installed app.

3. Enter your campus email and select Find Me on the Welcome screen.

  1. Enter your full CSUF email address (Examples: [email protected], or [email protected]).
  2. Select Find Me.

4. Confirm your email information and that the organization is listed as Cal State Fullerton.

  1. Confirm your campus email address is correct.
  2. Confirm that the organization listed is Cal State Fullerton.
  3. Click Next.

If any of the information listed is incorrect (email, organization), select Not Your Organization to go back to the previous screen and re-enter your campus email.

5. You will be prompted to enter your campus username and password. Then tap Login.

  1. Enter your campus username and current password.
  2. Tap Login.

6. You'll be prompted to authenticate with Duo.

Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.

7. A loading screen will appear for a few moments as the app loads your records. Stay on this screen.

8. You are now logged into the Atrium Campus Connect app.

1. In the Google Play Store, search and install the Atrium Campus Connect app.

  1. Search "Atrium Campus Connect" in the Google Play Store.
  2. Click Install to download and install the app.

2. Open the Atrium Campus Connect app from your Home screen.

3. Select your preferences for device's location sharing with the app.

  1. Select the type of device's location you would like to share with the app:
    • Precise
    • Approximate
  2. Select when the app can access the above selected type of device's location:
    • While using the app
    • Only this time
    • Don't allow

4. Select if you will allow the app to make and manage phone calls.

5. Enter your campus email and select Find Me on the Welcome screen.

  2. Select Find Me.

6. Confirm your email information and that the organization is listed as Cal State Fullerton.

  3. Click Next.

7. You will be prompted to enter your campus username and password. Then tap Login.

9. You're now logged into the Atrium Campus Connect app.

10. Optional: You may be prompted to update your notification preferences for the Atrium Campus Connect app.

1. Unable to locate the Atrium Campus Connect app in the App Store on your device:

  • International Apple Users: Reset the region to the United Stated (Change your Apple Account country or region guide). Note: Changing the region may impact other functionality on your phone. Please carefully review the details before proceeding.
  • International Android Users: Reset the region to the United Stated (How to change your Google Play country guide). Note: Changing the region may impact other functionality on your phone. Please carefully review the details before proceeding.

2. Incorrect Password: Double check the information entered, and if the issue persists, you will need to reset your password through the CSUF portal.

3. Non-responsive/Frozen App: If the app does not work as intended, close the app completely and re-open it or try restarting your phone.
