Finding & Completing Skill Evaluations in LinkedIn Learning

This article covers how faculty, staff, and students can find and complete skill evaluations in LinkedIn Learning. Skill evaluations can help identify gaps in your knowledge and suggest LinkedIn Learning courses that can help bridge those gaps.

1. Log in to LinkedIn Learning with your campus email.

Go to the LinkedIn Learning website and log in.

2. Search for a skill topic in the search bar. Then click Start Skill Evaluation.

  1. Enter a skill topic in the search bar and click on the magnifying glass button (or press Enter on your keyboard).
  2. Click Start Skill Evaluation at the top of the search results.

3. Answer the questions in the skill evaluation to the best of your ability.

Want to retake the evaluation? Click Retake Skill Evaluation at the very bottom of the screen.

5. To view all of your skill evaluations (in progress and completed), click My Learning in the menu.

6. Click Show all next to Skill Evaluations.

7. Click Resume to continue an in-progress skill evaluation. Or click Show results to view or retake a completed skill evaluation.
