3.2. Select your document(s) from the list and click Pay and print. Your TitanCard balance is automatically deducted and your document will then print out on the printer.
If you sent a print job and are not seeing it under your print jobs to pay for it, there might be a lag. You may need to wait a minute for your document to show up.
You do not need to swipe your card at the printer.
To avoid confusion and loss of print jobs, collect your documents once they have been sent to the printer.
- Place a check next to the document(s) that you want to print.
- Click Pay and print.
3.3. Make sure your account has enough balance to cover the print job. If you do not have sufficient funds, you will see an alert and your document won't print.
Account Summary: shows your account balance/if you have sufficient funds
Transaction Summary: shows how many pages you are printing and the cost
You will see an error if there are insufficient funds:
- An alert will appear at the top of the page if you don't have enough money in your account to cover the cost of the print job.
- The list of documents will be cleared and will state "Payment Incomplete." No print jobs will be released.
