Accessing and Navigating the Telesoft Telephone Billing System

This article covers how authorized CSUF users can access and navigate the Telesoft online telephone billing system.

Please contact Telecom at [email protected] to request access to Telesoft. Note that approval from the appropriate manager(s) will be required in order to get access.

You will need to use campus VPN in order to access the Telesoft system from off-campus. View more information on the campus VPN.

Accessing Telesoft

1. Open a web browser to the Telesoft Connect login website.

Open a web browser to the Telesoft Connect Login website.

2. Enter your Telesoft login username and password. Then click Sign In.

Your Telesoft username is usually the same as your campus username. However, the password for Telesoft is NOT the same as your campus password. Refer to the New Login email that you received when your Telesoft account was set up or contact Telecom to ask them to reset your Telesoft password.

  1. Enter your Telesoft login username. This is usually the same as your campus username.
  2. Enter your Telesoft password. This is NOT the same as your campus password.
  3. Then click Sign In.

3. You're now logged in to the Telesoft Telephone Billing System!

Recent Items, Breadcrumb Menus, and Favorites

When accessing a screen, you will see additional options under the main menu bar including a list of recent screens, breadcrumb menus, and the favorites button.

  1. The first option is the Recent Items menu. This shows the screens that you have recently accessed and when you accessed them.
  2. The sub-menu(s) associated with the current screen also appear as a breadcrumb menu allowing you to easily navigate to another related sub-menu. Click on a sub-menu to view the available options.
  3. Click on the Add to Favorites button to mark the current screen as a favorite. The screen will then appear in the Favorites menu in the menu bar.
