Update Your Off Campus Email

This article will demonstrate how to up update your off campus email address. The off campus email address is used to recover forgotten passwords or to receive a one-time Duo passcode

1. Log in to your CSUF portal

2. In the upper right hand corner, click on the profile icon, then Settings

3. Scroll down to the Employee Account Settings section and click on Edit next to Password Reset Off-Campus Email Address

4. If you have previously provided an off campus email it will display. Now you can either update it or enter a new one

5. When you are done entering an email address, click the blue UPDATE button

6. You are done. You can sign out of the portal
