Using the Microsoft My Sign-Ins Portal
This article covers how CSUF faculty, staff, and students can access the Microsoft My Sign-Ins portal to review their web/mobile Microsoft sign-ins, review devices connected to their Microsoft account, sign out of all of their Microsoft web/mobile sign-ins, and more.
Access the Microsoft My Sign-Ins Portal
1. Open a web browser to the Microsoft My Sign-Ins portal website.
Go to the Microsoft My Sign-Ins portal website.
2. Enter your campus email address and then click Next.

- Enter your campus email address (e.g., [email protected] or [email protected]).
- Then click Next.
3. Enter your campus password. Then click Sign In.
Your campus email address should automatically populate, but if not, you can type it in.

- Enter your campus password.
- Then click Sign In.
4. You will be prompted to authenticate with Duo.

Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.
5. Click Continue if you are prompted to trust fullerton.edu.

6. Click Yes if you want to stay signed in to reduce the number of times you are asked to sign in.

What would you like to do?
1. Click on Recent activity in the left menu. You can review every recent sign-in to your CSUF Microsoft account.
Don't recognize a sign-in? Change your password and contact the Help Desk for additional assistance.
Learn more about how to change your campus password:
- Click Recent activity in the left menu.
- Review the details of a recent sign-in to your CSUF Microsoft account. Location can often be a helpful item to check as a sign-in from a state or country that you are not currently in can be a red flag.
- You cannot use the "Look unfamiliar? Secure your account" option on this page because you are not able to change your password here. You will need to change your password using one of the approved methods listed on the password policy websites listed above.
1. Click on Devices in the left menu. Then click on a device to view details about it. Personal devices can be disabled, but your campus-issued devices cannot.

- Personal devices that you no longer have access to can be disabled by clicking Disable lost device. Note that if you still have access to the device, you can sign out of your CSUF Microsoft account by going to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and then clicking disconnect next to your CSUF Microsoft account. Learn more about removing a work or school account.
- Notice that you cannot disable a campus-issued device. Contact the campus Help Desk if your campus-issued device has been lost.
Using the sign out everywhere option will sign you out of Microsoft in all web browsers and mobile devices.
Note that if you want to sign out of your Microsoft account on the Settings menu, you should use the option to review your devices above.
Option 1: Overview page
1. Click on Overview in the left menu. Then click Sign out everywhere in the profile section.
- Click on Overview in the left menu.
- Then click Sign out everywhere in the profile section.
2. Click OK to confirm you want to sign out of all web browser sessions and all devices that are currently signed in to Microsoft.

3. Click on your account when prompted to pick an account.

4. After a moment, you will see a screen confirming you have been signed out on this web browser. Close the web browser to complete the sign out.
It may take an hour before you are signed out of all Microsoft sign-ins.

Option 2: Security Info page
You will need to set up Microsoft Authenticator two-factor authentication to access the Security Info page.
1. Click on Security Info in the left menu.

2. Follow the prompts to authenticate with Microsoft via a text, phone call, or using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

4. Click OK to confirm you want to sign out of all web browser sessions and all devices that are currently signed in to Microsoft.

5. Click on your account when prompted to pick an account.

6. After a moment, you will see a screen confirming you have been signed out on this web browser. Close the web browser to complete the sign out.
It may take an hour before you are signed out of all Microsoft sign-ins.

Microsoft two-factor authentication is separate from the campus Duo two-factor authentication.
You only need to set up Microsoft two-factor authentication if you plan to access the Security Info section of the Microsoft My Sign-Ins portal.
