Accessing Titan Digital Signage

This article covers how authorized users can access the Titan Digital Signage web application (Carousel) to modify content on a digital sign.

1. To access Carousel for the first time, open the invitation email from Carousel Cloud. Then, click Set Up My Account.

After you've set up your account, you can use the CSUF Carousel URL to access Carousel moving forward.

2. Click CSUF Azure AD.

3. Enter your campus email address. Then click Next.

  1. Enter your campus email address.
  2. Click Next.

4. Enter your campus email address and password. Then click Sign In.

CSUF Faculty/Staff authentication page
  1. Enter your campus email address.
  2. Enter your campus password. This is the same password you use to log on to the campus portal.
  3. Click Sign In.

5. You'll be prompted to authenticate with Duo.

Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.

6. You can now access your Zone(s) and make changes. View training videos by clicking the Academy button or use the Help button to access additional user guides.

  1. If you have multiple zones, be sure to check which Zone is selected before making changes.
  2. Click on the Academy button to view training videos in Carousel Academy.
  3. Click on the Help button for more user guides and assistance with using Carousel.
