Downloading & Installing SolidWorks®
This article covers how faculty, staff, and students can download and install SolidWorks®
1. Go to the SolidWorks® download page
Downloads take time, please be patient
2. Fill out the download instructions form
- Serial Number Starts with 9020: Yes
- Version: 2025
- Email: use your CSUF email address
- Students: @csu.fullerton.edu
- Faculty/Staff: @fullerton.edu
- Click on Request Download
3. Accept the agreement form
4. Click on Download
5. When the download completes, run the SolidWorks® Installation Manager
You may be prompted to extract the files and allow the application to be installed
5.1. Click Next
5.2. Enter the serial number you received in your email. Click Next
5.3. Click Next
5.4. Accept the license agreement and click on Download and Install
6. The download and installation will start.
