Activating your Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription
Starting Fall 2018 Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions will no longer use redeem codes, subscriptions will now be deployed using Single Sign On and Enterprise ID, a more convenient and secure method of delivery for the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products and services.
Please be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before activating your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
1. Login to the portal and agree to End user license agreement (EULA)Portal Login
Open your web browser to the portal login
2. Look for the Featured Software for Employees within your Portal, then click 'Adobe Creative Cloud'
3. 1.Click 'I Agree' if you agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA)
4. Click the Close button
At the confirmation popup that your sign up is successful, click 'close' to complete sign up.
5. You will receive an email confirmation in your CSUF email account indicating your request is being processed.
This email acknowledges your request has been submitted. Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be processed.
6. A second email will be sent to confirm your CSUF Adobe Account has been provisioned. You can now download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application
