NVivo: Download & Installation
This article covers how faculty, staff, and students can request and activate NVivo.
For more information about NVivo, visit the CSUF NVivo website.
Use you campus email address (@csu.fullerton.edu or @fullerton.edu), but do NOT use your campus password. Please select a new password when creating your account.
If you have already created a NVivo account with your campus email address, proceed to Step 2.
2. Login with your CSUF username and password
3. You'll be prompted to authenticate with Duo.
Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.
4. Review and agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA)
- Agree to End User License Agreement by clicking on the check box
- Click on Claim NVivo software license key
1. Open the NVivo Software page
- Go to the NVivo Software page
- Click on Activate & Download NVivo License
2. Login with your NVivo Account
3. Select "Launch" then select "Download NVivo for Windows"
4. Open the installation file that was downloaded and Go through the installation process.
- Click "Next>" multiple times, then click "Install", and finally "Finish"
5. Activate NVivo
- Log into your myNVivo account
- Then click on "Or provide enterprise key to activate"
6. Enter the Activation key that was given to you; check the "I agree" box, then click Next.
You will be asked to fill out some personal information. Fill out the required parts (marked with a red asterisk)
Nvivo is now Activated and ready for use.
