Download Your Files from OneDrive
This article covers how faculty, staff, and students can download the files that they have saved in OneDrive to a local computer.
1. Access your CSUF OneDrive account on the web.
3. To download a single file, place a checkmark next to the file and then click Download.
- Place a checkmark next to a file.
- Then click Download.
3.1. The file will be downloaded to your local computer, typically in the Downloads folder.

4. To download multiple files or a folder, place a checkmark next to multiple files or a folder, and then click Download.
When downloading multiple files or folders, be aware that OneDrive will create a .zip archive with all of the files. Depending on how much content is in the folder, it may take a long time to create the .zip folder.
If you have a lot of files or large files, you may want to download them individually so it takes less time.
4.1. The files will be downloaded to your local computer, typically in the Downloads folder.
