Managing Device Sign-Ins for Microsoft Office (Viewing and Signing Out of Devices)

View instructions on how to view devices that are signed into Microsoft Office, how to sign out of an individual device, and how to sign out of all devices.

1. Open a web browser to the Office portal website.

2. Enter your campus email address and then click Next.

  1. Enter your campus email address (e.g., [email protected] or [email protected]).
  2. Then click Next.

3. Enter your campus password. Then click Sign In.

Your campus email address should automatically populate, but if not, you can type it in.

  1. Enter your campus password.
  2. Then click Sign In.

4. You will be prompted to authenticate with Duo.

Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.

5. Click Continue if you are prompted to trust fullerton.edu.

6. Click Yes if you want to stay signed in to reduce the number of times you are asked to sign in.

Viewing Logged in Devices

Viewing devices that are logged into Office

1. Click on the View apps & devices button in the Office apps & devices box.

2. Click the caret next to Devices to view devices in which you are signed into Office.

3. You will see a list of all devices that have your Office account logged into.

The operating system listed under the device may not be accurate.

Signing Out of Devices

Signing out of all Office apps on an individual device

1. Click Sign out next to the device that you want to sign out of.

2. Click Sign out.

3. You will see a message confirming that the install on the device was deactivated. You will no longer see that device listed.

  1. A banner will appear confirming that the Office sign in on the device has been deactivated.
  2. Your device list will no longer include the deactivated device.
