Logging in to the IT Service Desk
This article covers how to log in to the IT Service Desk to submit requests.
How would you like to access the IT Service Desk?
2. If prompted, enter your campus username and password. Then click Login.
If you are not already signed in to the campus portal, you will be prompted to sign in.
3. You'll be prompted to authenticate with Duo.
New to Duo?
Remember you can use Other options to choose another way to authenticate with Duo.
4. You are now logged in to the IT Service Desk!
- The Get Help section allows you to contact IT for assistance for yourself or others in your department.
- The IT Request Forms section contains links to the available request forms as well as links to view forms that are in process (My Active Requests) and forms that have been completed (Request History).
1. Log in to the campus portal.
2. Select Online IT Help from the Apps menu on the left.
3. You are now logged in to the IT Service Desk!
- The Get Help section allows you to contact IT for assistance for yourself or others in your department.
- The IT Request Forms section contains links to the available request forms as well as links to view forms that are in process (My Active Requests) and forms that have been completed (Request History).
4. Did you get taken to the Service-Now homepage? Select the All Apps menu, select Self-Service, and then select Homepage.
If you have advanced access to Service-Now (e.g., access to process tickets or tasks), the Online IT Help button in the portal will take you to the main Service-Now homepage. However, you can easily access the Service Desk from the All Apps menu.
- Click on the All Apps menu.
- Select Self-Service.
- Then select Homepage.
