Adding Attachments to Requests
This article covers how users can add attachments to IT Service Requests.
1. To add an attachment, click on the paper clip button in your Shopping Cart.
2. Click Choose file.
3. Locate and click on the file you want to attach. Then click Open.
- Locate the file you want to attach and click on it to select it.
- Then click Open.
4. Click Choose file to attach another file. Click the x when you are done adding attachments.
