Viewing Your Submitted Requests
This article covers how Department IT Coordinators can view requests they have submitted through the IT Service Desk.

Note that as soon as your request is completed by Information Technology, the request will move to the completed requests. So if you can't find a request under the active requests, try viewing the request history.
What type of request do you want to view?
1. Log in to the IT Service Desk through the direct link or from the campus portal.
2. Click on My Active Requests in the IT Request Forms section.
3. All of the requests that you have submitted will show in the top section. You can click on the REQ number to view details of the request. The Approval column shows the current Approval status of the request. Click on the blue arrow in the Stage column to show more details about the status and approvals.
4. When you click on the arrow in the Stage column, you can now see more details about the workflow of the request, often including the IT teams or staff that were involved with the request.
5. In the second section on this page, you will see all of the active Change Requests. Primarily this will show all of the active IT Clearance Forms you have submitted. You can click on the CHG number to view more details about the request.
