Accessing Account Management

This article covers how to access the Account Management portion of the IT Service Request Forms.

This request must be submitted by a Department IT Coordinator (DITC).

2. Click on Account Management to open Account Management in a new tab/window.

3. If prompted, enter your campus username and password. Then click Login.

If you are not already signed in to the campus portal, you will be prompted to sign in.

4. You'll be prompted to authenticate with Duo.

5. You are now logged in to Account Management!

You can now make a selection to start a request.
