Filter using the View function to see which messages you already read and which you may have missed or have not read, yet.

Step 1:

Locate the View filter in the upper right portion of the screen

Click on All messages

Step 2:

Click on Read or Unread Messages

Unread messages will appear with a darkened closed envelope.

Read messages will appear with an open-flapped clear envelope.

Step 3:

Click on the Subject link to open the notification 

Use can use the Search function to find any notifications sent to you (within the last 60 days)

Step 1:

Locate the Search field in the upper left portion of the screen

Enter your search parameters in the Search field

Step 2:

Click on the Magnifying Glass icon to execute your search

The results will populate

You can click on the Subject link to view the notification
