For successful completion of online training, it is recommended to:

1. Use the Firefox or Chrome browser
2. Clear your Cache and Cookies
3. Leave your training windows open during training

Step 1:

Login to the Titan Training Hub (TTH).

Step 2:

Click on your Assigned Learning Tile

Step 3:

Click the Start button on the CSU-Serving Students With Disabilities: Introduction course to launch the training in a new window.

Tip 1:

Click BEGIN to start the training.

Tip 2:

Review each section and click the down arrow at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next section.

Tip 3:

When viewing a section, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next slide.

Tip 4:

If you click any external links in the training, you must return to the course window to complete the training.

Tip 1:

There is a Required quiz Podcast Takeaways in the Proactive Digital Accessibility section of the training that you must complete in order to proceed in the training

1. Select the Play button to listen to the podcast OR
2. Read the transcript by selecting the "+" button
3. Complete the required questions in the Podcast Takeaways quiz.

Tip 2:

There are 3 questions in this required quiz. You must complete all 3 questions with correct answers to proceed in the training

If you selected an incorrect answer, you can redo the question by selecting the Take Again button.

Tip 1:

On the Summary slide of the training, click the button on the bottom of the page to confirm your completion.

Tip 2:

Now you should see your completion progress at 100% and exit option.

1. The progress tracker says 100% Complete and all slides have check marks on the left sidebar.
2. Click EXIT COURSE to exit the training and record your completion.
