COE - Secondary Teacher Education Program (SECTEP)
This Secondary Teacher Education Program (SECTEP) guide is for Mentor Teachers and Supervisors. You can also refer to the Secondary Teacher Education Program (SECTEP) Online guide on the Employee Training Center.
Step 1:
Click the Add Student tab
Step 2:
Enter the CWID
Step 3:
Click the Term caret to select the appropriate term
Step 4:
Click the Submit button
The page will refresh and the student will show (IF) there is a match
Step 5:
Click the Add This Student link
Step 6:
Click the Add button
The student will then be added to your My Students list
Step 1:
Click on the Supervisor tab
Step 2:
Click on the Modify Evaluation link
Step 3:
Click on the Add new link
Navigation
Save button:
Make sure to click the Save button periodically to ensure your work is saved
Directions:
Click the Directions caret to view direction
Read through the provided directions
Progress Bar
Click on any of the circle numbers to navigate to that section
The circle number will be blue to indicate which section you are in
Review section:
When you are in the Review section (as indicated by a blue circle) review the section in full
Click the Continue button to proceed
Click the Submit button
The page will refresh to an Email Confirmation screen
Step 1:
Click on the Supervisor tab
Step 2:
Click on the Modify Evaluation link
Step 3:
Click the Add New link
Step 4:
Click on the Choose File button
Step 5:
Select the appropriate file and click the Open button
The file will show under the Candidate Information section
Step 6:
Click the Submit button
Step 7: (Optional)
Click on the Re-Upload File button to re-upload the file. Note: This will overwrite the old file
Step 8:
Click the Submit button
Step 1:
Click on the Create Mentor Account link
Step 2:
Enter your Phone number, Email and Password
Step 3:
Click the Register button
The page will refresh to a Registration Successful screen
Step 4:
Click the link provided in the confirmation email you should receive (from [email protected])
Upon confirmation, the page will refresh to a Confirm Email screen
Step 5: (Optional)
You can click the Click here to login link if you want to login
Step 1:
Enter your Email and Password
Step 2:
Click the Login button
Step 1:
Enter your Email and Password
Step 2:
Click on the Login button
Step 3:
Click the Add Student tab
Step 4:
Enter the student's CWID
Step 5:
Click the Term caret to select the appropriate term
Step 6:
Click the Submit button
Step 7:
Click on the Add This Student link
Step 8:
Click the Add button
If there is a match, the student's information will populate
Step 1:
From the home page, click the Modify Evaluation link
Step 2:
Click on the Pending link for the evaluation you would like to modify
Navigation
Save button
Make sure to click the Save button periodically to ensure your work is saved

Click the Directions caret to view direction
Read through the provided directions

Enter your email in the Email field
Step 3:
Click the Submit button
The page will refresh to a Forgot Password Link Email Sent screen
Step 4:
Open the Reset Password email and click on the link provided
Step 5:
Enter your new password and confirm the password
The page will refresh to a Reset Password Confirmation screen
