External CEIS

The following is the process for providing CEIS training to external individuals (non-CSUF employees)

All CSUF employees should take the Recurring CEIS course. To have this course assigned to you, please contact Edy Reynoso at [email protected] or Titan Training Hub (TTH) at [email protected]  

Step 1:

Click on the Send tab

Click on the Choose files button

Step 3:

Click on the Templates tab

Step 4: 

Enter CEIS in the search field

Step 5: 

Select the CEIS_External Training option

Step 6: 

Click on the Confirm button

The page will refresh to the standard send page

You can proceed as normal
