Creating An Organization
These instructions cover how to create an organization.

Step 1:
Log in to the Employee Training Center (ETC) Dashboard
Step 2:
Click on the Administration icon in the top left corner of the dashboard

Step 3:
In the dropdown menu, click Organizations
Step 4:
The screen will refresh to the Organizations page
Click on the New drop-down menu

Step 5:
Click on New Organization

Step 6:
The screen will refresh to the Create Organization window
Step 7:
Fill out the following fields included in the reference below
Use the following information to fill out the appropriate fields:
- Organization Name: (Name as appropriate)
- Code: FULLERTON-ASGN- _______(3-4 letters representing the training organization and 3-4 letters representing the course)
- Hierarchy Name: Functional
Step 8:
Click the Search Organizations button
Step 9:
The Select Organization window will populate

Type 'Fullerton Assignment Group' in the Search field and results will begin auto-populating

Step 10:
Click on the radio button next to Fullerton Assignment Group

Step 11:
Click on the Select button

Step 12:
Click on the Save button in the bottom right corner
Step 13:
A confirmation message will appear indicating the organization has been successfully created
