Step 1:

Click on Account

Step 2: 

A: Click on Personal Preferences 

B: Click on My Signature 

Step 3:

Click Create

Step 4:

Click on the Image icon

Step 5:

Click Select Image Text

Step 6:

Select image file and click Apply

You will get a confirmation upon completion.
