Before you start

For successful completion of online training, it is recommended to:

  1. Use the Google Chrome Browser
  2. Clear your Cache and Cookies
  3. Leave your training windows open during training

Launching the training

Step 1:

Click the Start button to begin

Step 2:

Click the Start Course button at the Enable Web Accessibility screen

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, so there's no need to check the box. Please use Google Chrome to complete your trainings.

Step 3:

Click on the launch link

Course Navigation

Step 1:

Click on the Agree button for the Conditions of Self-Monitored Training

Step 2:

After watching the course modules, click on Take Test button to begin the course test

You must score a minimum of 80 to pass the course.

Step 3:

Click on the Save and Exit button when you have passed with a minimum score of 80

Requesting a Waive
