How to see Required Trainings
These instructions cover how to view required trainings in the Employee Training Center (ETC) Dashboard.

Start on the Employee Training Center (ETC) Dashboard Homepage.
Next, click on the Assigned Learning box located in the left-hand corner of the Employee Training Center dashboard.
From there, the page will refresh and you will see the Timeline of your trainings listed at the top.
On the left hand side, you will see your Training Activities.
Under Training Activities, click on Required Certifications.
Next, you will see a detailed Timeline and the trainings listed below.
Required trainings will be indicated by a red ‘REQUIRED’ box next to the course title.
On the left-hand side you will see the Due Date and Status of the training.
The status will state whether your training is Assigned, Registered, or Past Due.
To start a training, click on the Start button on the right hand side of the desired course.
From there, the training course will open in a new window.
Ensure your Flash player has been enabled and pop-up blockers have been disabled.
These instructions will demonstrate how to enable Flash player and pop-up blockers on Google Chrome, our recommended browser.
Begin by opening Google Chrome.
From there, click on the three vertical dots, located in the upper right hand corner.
Click on Settings from the drop down list.
Next, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click on Advanced.
From there, you will see a drop down list under the Privacy and Security Section.
Click on Content Settings.
A new window will open showing the list of Content Settings.
Begin by first selecting the Flash tab.
Under the Flash section, ensure that the toggle is switched off.
Next, you will need to disable pop-up blockers. Begin by clicking on the back arrow next to Flash.
From there, click on Pop-ups and redirects.
Ensure that the toggle is switched off.
From there, you may exit out of the tab and continue taking your online training.
