Enable Flash and Popups on Google Chrome

These instructions cover how to enable Flash and Popups on Google Chrome by two different options: 1) Site Settings and 2) Security Setting.

These instructions apply to Windows 10. If you have Windows 7 or less, please refer to the following guide Enabling Flash and Popups on Google Chrome (Windows 7 or less).

Enabling Flash and Pop-ups Through Site Settings

Step 1:

 Log into the Employee Training Center using Google Chrome.

Step 2:

 Click on the Secure button in the upper left-hand corner of the page, located next to the URL.

Step 3: 

 Click on Site Settings.

Step 4: 

A new tab will open with the Site Settings. 

In both the Pop-ups and Flash settings, change the option to Allow by clicking on the drop-down arrow.

Step 5: 

Close the Browser settings tab. 

Once you close the tab, a Reload button will appear on the top left-hand corner of the page. 

Click on the Reload button.

Step 6:

Click on the Start button to launch the training.

You may need to manually enable pop-ups and Flash Player for every new page or pop-up windows.  

Enabling Flash and Pop-ups Within Security Setting

Step 1: 

 Log into the Employee Training Center using Google Chrome.

Step 2:

Click on the Secure button in the top left-hand corner of the page, located next to the URL.

Step 3:

In both the Flash and Pop-ups settings, change the options to Allow by clicking on the dropdown arrow.

Step 4:

Once you have updated these settings, a message will appear at the top of your screen allowing you to apply your updated Flash and Pop-ups settings. 

Click on the Reload button.

Click on the Start button to launch the training.
