AdobeSign- Digital and Electronic Signature Guideline

WHAT

The Digital and Electronic Signature Guideline (DESG) form will need to be filled out:

  1.  Any form containing or collecting Level 1 data in AdobeSign
  2. Any form that is routed to an outside entity

WHO

The form should be completed by the MPP of the requesting Business Unit

WHEN

The form should be submitted and approved prior to using in AdobeSign 

Example:

If the Tuffy Management department wants to use AdobeSign to obtain signatures for two forms that contain Level 1 data:

  • Contract offer
  • Appointment Confirmation

The MPP of the department will need to submit two Digital and Electronic Signature Guideline (DESG) forms; one for each form.
