Reviewing Your (Staff) Evaluation
After your Manager has drafted your Evaluation, you will be able to review it and add input. Please see the instructions below:
Step 1:
Click on the My Tasks tab
Check the box for the item you would like to open
Step 2:
Click the Open button
The page will open with the Task Panel open
Step 3:
Check if there are any documents in the Supporting documents section for you to view
Step 4:
Click on the 'eye' icon to view the document
Step 5:
Click on the double arrow to close the Task Panel
Step 6:
Click on the tabs to review ratings and information provided
Step 7:
Click on the Signature and Acknowledgement tab
Do you have Input (feedback)?
- Click Yes to see instructions on how to proceed if you have Input
- Click No to see instructions on how to proceed if you do not have Input
Step 8:
Click on the I have input radial dial
Step 9:
Read the Input notice
Step 10:
Add input in the Comment (optional) field
Note:
Input is sent to the Manager for consideration and not part of the record.
Step 11:
Click the Have Input button
Step 12:
Add any additional comments in the Comment (optional) field
Step 13:
Click the Confirm button
Step 14:
Click the OK button
Step 8:
Click on the I do not have input radial dial
Step 9:
Click on the No Input button
Step 10: (Optional)
Add any input in the Comments (Optional) field
Step 11:
Click on the Confirm button
Step 12:
Click the OK button
