The My Courses Comparison tab allows you to compare data from one course of your choosing (Course A) to another course of your choosing (Course B).

Step 1:

For Course A, click the Term Desc, Class and View by drop-down menu to select the appropriate option 

Note: 

The View by drop-down allows you to select an status option, such as: 

• Sex
• EOP
• Parent Education Level
• Underrepresented
• Ethnicity

Step 2:

Click Apply to refresh the data on the screen to your selections

Step 3:

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for Course B

To print or export this information

• Scroll to the bottom of the page
• Click the Print link OR
• Click the Export link
