Review of Staff Evaluation
After the employee has reviewed their Evaluation, you will be notified. If the employee has input, you will be able to review any additional comments and / or make edits to the evaluation.
The following provides instructions on reviewing the evaluation:
Step 1:
Click on the My Tasks Tab
Click on the checkbox for the document you would like to open
Step 2:
Click on the Open button
The page will refresh to the open document
You can close the Task Panel for ease of view
To edit:
Go to the appropriate tab and make adjustments as needed
Example, to change a General Skills rating:
- Click on the General Skills tab
- Click on the rating checkbox you would like to change it to
Step 3:
Click on the Signature and Acknowledgement tab
Step 4:
Review any comments provided
Step 5:
When you are ready, click the Submit button
Step 6:
Add any input into the Comments(Optional) field
Step 7:
Click the Confirm button
Step 8:
Click the OK button
