How To Edit Notifications

These instructions cover how to edit information in the email body of a course's notification.

Step 1:

Start on the Employee Training Center dashboard.

Click on the Admin icon.

Select Setup.

Select Domain Settings.

Step 4:

Select Notifications.

Step 5:

Select System Notification Templates.

Step 6:

The screen will refresh to the Notification Templates page. 

Type the course name in the Search field.

Step 7:

Click on the Magnifying glass button.

Step 8:

The screen will refresh to show search results for the course(s). 

Click on the Pencil icon next to the notification template you want to edit.

Only edit notifications that have your course name attached.

If you are not sure if you can edit a notification, please contact the Employee Training Center for assistance.

Step 9:

Under the Body field, edit the information you want to change.

If you want to edit any fields aside from Body, please contact the Employee Training Center.

Make the appropriate edits (such as updated contact information) in the Body section.

Step 10:

Click on the Magnifying glass icon to the right of the Body section to verify what your email will look like.

Step 11:

Once you are finished editing the notifications, click on the OK button to complete the updates.
